About the Role
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our Eastern Europe Business Unit, reporting to the Managing Director. As a key member of the Business Unit Leadership team, you will partner with internal stakeholders to drive business objectives and foster a positive employee experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide professional leadership and support to your leadership team to develop a high-performing team and deliver BU objectives.
- Manage the execution of the HR Strategy, including Recruitment, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Payroll, Reward and Recognition, and HR System Management.
- Drive continuous improvement, focusing on engagement activities, maximizing productivity, empowering line managers, and building leadership capability.
- Strengthen our company culture within the BU.
- Regularly coach, mentor, and support senior and high-potential colleagues to identify individual strengths and development needs.
- Ensure managers have the necessary skills and guidance to manage their teams.
- Ensure the BU complies with current regulations, internal policies, and legislation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR Business Partner experience in an international environment; FMCG experience is a plus.
- Experience in strategic planning, people management, and HR practices.
- Strong business acumen.
- Strong communication skills, relationship building, and team player.
- Ability to coach and advise senior stakeholders.
- Autonomous and proactive, with the ability to switch between strategic and operational tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience in dealing with different cultures, adaptability, and flexibility.
