Job SummaryThe Senior Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing the full scope of HR activities for multiple countries and leading continuous improvement activities and projects on a regional or global level.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the execution of core HR Operations activities and programs, including new hire onboarding, performance management, and other initiatives across multiple countries and globally.
- Implement HR solutions in assigned countries with input from the Center of Excellence (CoE) HR programs.
- Lead both operational and directional aspects of a specific feature/process/program on a regional or global level.
- Work cross-functionally and be recognized as a subject matter expert for a particular focus area.
- Manage and execute on complicated projects end-to-end.
- Work on problems of diverse scope that require analysis or evaluation of various factors/data/situations.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
- HR qualification preferred.
