We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing the full scope of HR activities for multiple countries, leading continuous improvement activities and projects on a regional or global level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the execution of core HR Operations activities and programs, including new hire onboarding, performance management, and other initiatives across multiple countries and globally.
  • Implementing HR solutions in assigned countries with input from our Center of Excellence (CoE) HR programs.
  • Leading both operational and directional aspects of a specific feature/process/program on a regional or global level.
  • Working cross-functionally and being more cross-functional in nature.
  • Being recognized as a subject matter expert for a particular focus area.
  • Managing and executing on complicated projects end-to-end.
  • Working on problems of diverse scope that require an analysis or evaluation of a variety of factors/data/situations.
  • Demonstrating solid judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
  • Assignments may require a solution not governed by a defined method or procedure.
  • Seeking ways to simplify and streamline communication, processes, and deliverables.
  • Taking calculated risks based on business acumen and available data.
  • Making a well-reasoned response even when faced with incomplete or contradictory information.

Requirements include:

  • Expertise in broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of a particular field of specialization to solve difficult assignments.
  • Experience managing full life cycle HR Administration within multiple countries.
  • Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Proactively applying knowledge to solve problems.
  • Adapting to new or shifting realities in the industry.
  • Demonstrating consistent and autonomous application of skills, experience, and expertise to relevant work.
  • Building business acumen and having a general understanding of the fundamentals of business success.
  • Using specialized skills to proactively solve more complex problems.
  • Broadening their impact by demonstrably leveraging their knowledge and expertise to help others.

Education requirements include a minimum of 3 years of HR experience and an HR qualification preferred.

At Optimizely, our standardized language is English, and it is crucial to have good English communication skills to be successful in your global role. All our external and cross-location communication is done in US English (en-us), but internally you can speak in whichever native language you most identify with.
