Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support the company's mission and values.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure effective delivery of HR services and support.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and business partners to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunities.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and retention.
  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations affecting employment and ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 4 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
Preferred Qualifications
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
