We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Amsterdam. The role involves working closely with the HR team and HR Centres of Expertise to shape the organization and people capability in alignment with business objectives.
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will partner with business managers and teams to implement effective people strategies and activities. This includes overseeing wellness and health initiatives, evaluating staffing needs, and recruiting the right talent.
The role also involves contributing to the evaluation of staffing needs, recruiting the right talent, enhancing staff performance, and supporting employee development. You will also contribute to the planning and delivery of HR initiatives and processes, including hiring and onboarding, succession planning, and talent management.
Knowledge / Experience
Requirements include a degree qualification in Human Resources Management, extensive experience in a HR Business Partner role, and general knowledge of the employee lifecycle delivery and understanding of the business goals.
Attributes / Qualities
We are looking for a results-driven individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to take a stand and decide as per the framework setup, have interpersonal skills, and be able to manage challenging situations with stakeholders.
Technical Skills
The role requires great proficiency in Microsoft office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Language Skills
Bilingual in Dutch and English is required, with a third language (French or German) being a plus.
