Job Profile
Fantastic opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Exquisite office, InsingerGilissen, based in Amsterdam. The role is reporting to the local Head of HR and working in close collaboration with the HR team and HR Centres of Expertise (CoEs). You will help shape the organization and people capability in alignment with business objectives and business needs.
Partnering with business managers and teams, you'll implement effective people strategies and activities while overseeing wellness and health initiatives. You will contribute to evaluating staffing needs and recruiting the right talent, enhancing staff performance and supporting employee development.
This is a key role in planning and delivering HR initiatives and processes: hiring and onboarding, succession planning and talent management, organizational development and performance and reward reviews in line with Quintet business model and long term goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
- Partner with business managers to evaluate staffing needs and recruit top talent
- Oversee wellness and health initiatives to promote a healthy work environment
- Contribute to succession planning and talent management to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders
- Develop and implement organizational development initiatives to improve performance and engagement
Requirements
- Degree qualification in Human Resources Management
- Extensive experience in a HR Business Partner role or at least 10 years HR experience globally with a focus on recruitment and/or people development
- General knowledge of Banking environment (incl. role, skillset, regulation)
- Very good knowledge of the employee lifecycle delivery and understanding of the business goals
- Up to date general knowledge of employment law, banking regulations
- Experience on working with Senior Management (Local and Cross border)
- Experience in change management, organizational design & development, cultural change and deep caring of the business workforce

- Reporting on HR metrics
- Project management experience with a good management of analytics is a plus
Technical Skills
- Great proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Language Skills
- Bilingual in Dutch and English. A third language is a plus (French, German)
