The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking an exceptional Director, Organizational Change Initiatives to join its Global Business Services (GBS) organization.

About the Role

  • ">
  • We are offering a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits and a hybrid working model that allows for 3 days in our Amsterdam office and 2 days from home, with additional 20 days per year to work from anywhere you want.">
  • This role requires an individual who can lead organizational change initiatives across multiple complex projects simultaneously, leveraging the KraftHeinz Change Management Methodology (Make it REAL, Make it WORK, Make it LAST).">
  • You will be responsible for developing comprehensive change management plans, managing stakeholder analysis, performing change impact assessments, and creating effective communication plans.">
  • Your expertise in organizational change management, project management, and strategic communication will drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment with rapid change.">
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and act as a coach for leaders in fulfilling their roles as change sponsors on projects.">
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle is essential, along with strong presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and critical thinking skills.">
  • As a team player with energy and enthusiasm to motivate and engage others, you will thrive in a dynamic environment that values ownership and meritocracy.">
  • A proven track record in organizational change management, change management education, and/or certification is highly preferred.">
  • You must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook, with experience applying change management within Food/Beverage Industry and/or Global Business Services (GBS) organizations being a bonus.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.">
  • Proven experience as a Change Manager and/or applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools in a professional corporate environment.">
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with impeccable attention to detail and ability to manage change management efforts across multiple complex projects simultaneously.">
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle, including Agile methodologies.">
  • Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop solutions, and craft high-quality presentations.">
  • Process improvement skills with a continuous improvement mindset and demonstrated ability to optimize solutions based on feedback, insights, and data.">
  • Certification in change management, such as PROSCI or ACMP, is a plus.">
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapid change and adapt to new demands with a sense of urgency.">
