At ABN AMRO, we are seeking a highly skilled Lending Change Implementation Specialist to join our Credit Process Management team. As a key player in driving change and excellence in the lending domain, you will be responsible for implementing regulatory changes and improvements to credit and collateral tools and processes within FS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to support lending process and tool optimization and regulatory changes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align implementation efforts with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive implementation plans for regulatory change and optimisation initiatives within the lending domain.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of lending products, systems, and workflows.
  • Extensive change management experience, preferably in financial institutions.
  • Experience with simplification, automation, artificial intelligence, and strategic outsourcing.
