About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lending Change Implementation Specialist to join our team at ABN Amro. As a key member of our Credit Process Management team, you will be responsible for implementing regulatory changes and improvements to credit and collateral tools and processes within our Financing Solutions department.

Your primary focus will be on leading change initiatives from a content perspective, ensuring successful business implementation and change management across the lending domain. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align implementation efforts with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies to support lending process and tool optimization and regulatory changes.
  • Lead changes with end-to-end responsibility based on a content perspective.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of lending products, systems, and workflows.
  • Extensive change management experience, preferably in financial institutions.
  • Experience with simplification, automation, artificial intelligence, and strategic outsourcing.
  • At least 10 years of experience in senior roles in Lending, Optimization, and/or Change Management domains.
