About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Campaign Manager to join our team at All Response Media. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our clients' digital campaigns, ensuring data-driven innovation and effective communication of client requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for clients across multiple digital channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic Display & Video.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations, ensuring excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing tailored training and development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Business Owners and Founders to drive new business generation and incremental income.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in a similar role, with a strong background in digital media channels.
  • Confident planning and buying across multiple media platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, DV360, and Meta advertising.
  • Strong client relationships and ownership of several accounts, with a focus on delivering excellent client service.
  • Experience working at a strategic level, making recommendations and driving business growth.
  • Team management and leadership skills, with a focus on developing the skills of junior team members.
