About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SEA Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our digital media team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of our clients' digital media campaigns, ensuring data-driven innovation and effective communication of client requests.

As a Senior SEA Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of junior team members, developing their skills and progressing them in their careers. You will also be responsible for establishing and managing long-term client strategies, taking an active role in new business generation, and delivering excellent day-to-day client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the strategic direction for clients across multiple digital media channels.
  • Ensure data-driven innovation of media mix and formats.
  • Support effective communication of client requests and quality control for all client output and targets.
  • Manage a team of junior team members, developing their skills and progressing them in their careers.
  • Establish and manage long-term client strategies, taking an active role in new business generation.
  • Deliver excellent day-to-day client service, including client meetings and presentations.
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience in a similar role working with digital media channels.
  • Confident planning and buying across multiple media platforms.
  • Strong client relationships and ownership of several accounts.
  • Experience working at a strategic level and making recommendations.
  • Team management and leadership skills.
