About this role:

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key role in the Global Media team at Just Eat Takeaway, a leading food delivery company with a presence in 12 European markets.

We are seeking a Senior Media Manager to lead the media strategy and implementation across Austria and Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing media campaigns that drive business results and meet our marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute media strategies and plans for Austria and Belgium, aligned with the company's overall marketing goals.
  • Work closely with the Regional Marketing teams to understand local business challenges and opportunities, and translate them into effective media strategies.
  • Lead and inspire the Media agency team to deliver best-in-class media plans, and collaborate with them to develop and execute campaigns.
  • Manage specific budget lines for Austria and Belgium, and be accountable for media performance.
  • Collaborate with the Insights team to understand market trends and consumer behavior, and use this information to inform media strategies.
  • Work closely with the Digital team to deliver a holistic media strategy and plans for Austria and Belgium.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest media trends and be able to articulate key opportunities to the wider marketing community.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in media planning and buying, with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
  • Ability to plan and execute multimedia campaigns end-to-end, with a focus on driving business results.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to understand and interpret media data and metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient English speaking and writing skills.
