Senior Media Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Media Manager to join our Global Media team at Just Eat Takeaway. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing media strategies across 12 markets in Europe.
Your primary focus will be on the media strategy and implementation for Austria and Belgium. You will work closely with our Regional Marketing teams to understand local business challenges and opportunities, which you will translate into coherent agency briefs and strategies for your markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute media campaigns across multiple markets.
- Collaborate with Regional Marketing teams to understand local business challenges and opportunities.
- Articulate media strategies and plans to wider teams in a simple and compelling way.
- Own specific budget lines for your markets and be held accountable for media performance.
- Work closely with our Media agency to deliver best-in-class media plans.
- Lead and inspire the Media agency team to achieve exceptional results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Work closely with our award-winning Brand team to ensure campaigns are underpinned by the right media mix.
- Collaborate with our Insights team to understand market trends and consumer behavior.
- Work closely with our Digital team to deliver a holistic media strategy and plans for your markets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest media trends and articulate key opportunities to the wider marketing community.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in media planning and buying.
- Ability to plan multimedia media campaigns end-to-end.
- Proficient English speaking.
- Track record of managing high-budget media campaigns.
- Firm but friendly negotiator with influencing skills.
- Strong communicator with ability to adapt style to audience expertise.
- Analytical mind with ability to understand media plan details and assess performance.
