Trade Finance Business Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Trade Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a friction-free and safe customer experience by developing and redeveloping products and digital user journeys.
This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with various teams, including scrum delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in requirements elicitation, specification, verification, validation, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a friction-free and safe customer experience by developing and redeveloping products and digital user journeys.
- Work closely with various teams, including scrum delivery teams, to gather, structure, and define as-is and new jobs-to-be-done, use cases, and scenarios.
- Communicate clearly and build bridges between business and IT, ensuring IT teams have clear requirements.
- Self-initiate conversations with multiple ABN AMRO departments to align and leverage new or existing capabilities within the bank.
About the Team
Our team in Trade Finance is responsible for product management of the Trade Finance franchise. We are on the verge of executing changes required to progress towards our vision. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic and diverse team of 7 colleagues, working closely with IT delivery teams and other stakeholders from Sales, Operations, and other grids.
