OPEN Health is seeking a highly skilled Research Consultant to join our team in Rotterdam, Netherlands. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality outputs and supporting project leads in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and lead Dutch HTA submission projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.
- Conduct and/or guide junior consultants on evidence synthesis and value communication projects, performing quality control of project deliverables.
- Support client interactions and outreach to ensure client satisfaction, and assist with requests for proposals to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement internal processes and quality standards.
- Master's Degree or PhD in a relevant science, such as Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Health Economics, Health Policy, Epidemiology, Public Health, or Statistics.
- Significant experience in HTA and market access, with a strong understanding of Dutch HTA submission processes.
- Excellent analytical and statistical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with a strong understanding of the Dutch healthcare system.
