About the Role

Vinted is seeking a seasoned Business Continuity Manager to lead our BCM strategy and drive resilience programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Vinted's BCM framework to prepare for challenges and potential crisis situations
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and maintain business continuity documentation, including business impact analysis, business continuity and disaster recovery plans, and risk assessments
  • Lead a team of Business Continuity experts and proactively evaluate potential crisis scenarios, including natural disasters, cyber-attacks, and other emergencies
  • Ensure proper implementation of selected business continuity and disaster recovery strategies and solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment between BCM activities and organizational goals
  • Develop and execute regular testing schedules for business continuity and disaster recovery plans
  • Prepare detailed reports on the status of the BCM program, crisis management activities, and incident response outcomes
About You
  • 5+ years of experience in business continuity management, crisis management, or a related field
  • Proven ability to lead and manage crisis situations effectively
  • Knowledge of business continuity frameworks (like ISO/IEC 22301) is an advantage
  • Professional certifications, like CBCI and CBCP, are an advantage
  • Familiarity with information security and risk management techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across diverse teams
  • Proven ability to deliver consistent results while managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously
