Job Summary
The ASML Tooling Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of tooling specialists in the Motion factory. The team is responsible for ensuring tool availability and reliability through tool management. The ideal candidate will have experience in production management, lean, and improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of tooling specialists to achieve high levels of engagement and quality.
- Develop knowledge and experience in the team through cross-training and sharing best practices.
- Enable the right level of support for the assembly process of linear actuators on tooling and model shop competencies.
- Indicate, initiate, and drive actions to improve tooling processes.
- Main drivers: Safety, Quality, Delivery performance, Customer satisfaction, Cost effectiveness, Inventory, and People engagement.
Requirements
- Relevant HBO thinking and working level (e.g., Industrial Engineering and Management Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain or Engineering).
- Experience as a team leader.
- Experience in production management.
- Experience in a complex working environment.
- Experience in Lean.
- Experience in improvement projects.
- Experience with project management.
- Broad technical and business knowledge.
