Job Title: Heftruck driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heftruck driver to join our team at Lokaal Werkt. As a Heftruck driver, you will be responsible for operating a forklift and handling internal transport, including loading and unloading goods into racks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a forklift to move goods around the warehouse
  • Load and unload goods into racks
  • Input product codes and location numbers via a scanner or computer
  • Receive, inspect, and store goods according to regulations
  • Assemble orders and prepare them for transport
  • Manage cold storage units and coordinate work assignments
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning the cold storage areas and tidying up
Requirements:
  • Experience in logistics and a healthy love for forklifts
  • Ability to work in temperatures as low as 0 degrees Celsius
  • Ability to lift 30 kilos as if it's a light breeze
  • Language skills in Dutch or English
What We Offer:
  • Gross monthly salary between €2,790 and €2,925, depending on experience and skills
  • Attractive weekend bonus of 150%
  • Time off in lieu for the first six hours of overtime
  • Nice 135% pay rate for overtime after six hours
  • 25 vacation days per year plus 8% vacation pay
  • Reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer for travel expenses
