Key Account Manager Impulse

Pladis Global is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our Impulse Sales & eCommerce team in Zaandam. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating sales and driving commercial business in the Impulse & eCommerce channels in The Netherlands.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver sales and revenue targets for the Impulse & eCommerce channels in The Netherlands.
- Manage national/international customers such as Shell, Sligro, and Picnic on day-to-day key-account management and deliver set customer/channel objectives.
- Contribute to strategy & ambition for Netherlands by designing and implementing commercial strategy in line with AOP Netherlands and strategic direction Europe for Impulse & E-commerce channels.
- Negotiate annual HQ deals for promotions, terms & conditions, and payment processes.
- Develop and optimize effective promotions together with customers.
- Assist in analyzing external data and consolidating into market insights (dashboard).
- Contribute to setting up effective customer presentations based on insights and available capabilities.
- Help design and support teams in activation plans; POS material, Premiums, etc. in close collaboration with (trade) Marketing.
- Ensure optimized distribution of existing products, as well as speedy growth of new products within the assigned channels.
- Support development NPD funnel tailored to specific channel needs in close contact with Marketing.
- Initiate category projects in close contact with Trade Marketing for optimizing shelf impact and joint business planning with customers.
- Communicate effectively with all other internal teams such as Marketing, Trade Marketing, Demand Planning, Customer Service, and Finance.
- Develop new sources of growth based on business opportunities that you see at your account.

He/she is strong in building relations with our customers and has an entrepreneurial & Can-Do mentality. Applicants must exhibit analytical and negotiation skills, be able to think and act strategically and tactically, and have the flexibility to adapt to fast-moving situations.
The ideal candidate has a master's degree and at least - years relevant commercial experience in OOH/convenience/discount business and eCommerce (preferably experienced with building distribution within out of home channels).
