We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our client's team in the Arnhem region.
About Our ClientOur client is a leading pharmaceutical company with a state-of-the-art automated warehouse. They prioritize innovation and efficiency in their operations, making them an exciting opportunity for those passionate about technology and manufacturing.
Job DescriptionAs a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machines within our client's production environment. You will work in a three-shift system, offering variety in your work hours and the chance to experience different shifts.
The production environment spans multiple halls, requiring you to walk extensively each day. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating and monitoring machines;
- Performing minor repairs;
- Maintaining machine quality;
- Restocking materials used by machines.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- No prior experience necessary; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are highly valued;
- Proficiency in English required;
- Good physical fitness, as the role involves considerable walking;
- Being handy and possessing technical insight is advantageous;
- Having your own transport is essential;
- Being open to working in a three-shift schedule.
We offer a competitive package, including:
- A gross monthly salary up to €2900 (including allowances);
- A challenging position without specific diploma requirements;
