About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Operations Specialist to join our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless project operations within our Agile Taste Elevation and Away From Home project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide supply chain expertise to drive efficient project operations.
  • Represent all operations functions within low to medium complexity projects.
  • Responsible for end-to-end project delivery, together with cross-functional teams.
  • Autonomous decision-making within Agile ways of working.
  • Managing project task backlog, including time commitments.
  • Consolidating project inputs from cross-functional team members.
  • Support in supply chain sourcing analyses and proposals.
  • Create user stories for supply chain stakeholders.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in supply chain and operations management. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree and 2-3 years of experience in a supply chain function. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization are essential.
