Project Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Operations Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our Agile team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless project operations within our Taste Elevation and Away From Home projects.
Key Responsibilities- Supply Chain Expertise: Utilize your deep knowledge of supply chain principles and practices to drive efficient project operations. Provide guidance and insights on supply chain strategies, processes, and best practices to optimize project outcomes.
- Project Delivery: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver low to medium complexity projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Autonomous Decision Making: Cross-functional teams are empowered to make autonomous decisions within Agile frameworks, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
- Project Task Management: Maintain and prioritize the project task backlog, ensuring clarity on action items and time commitments.
- Supply Chain Sourcing: Conduct sourcing analysis to identify optimal factory or external manufacturer for project needs.
- User Story Creation: Translate supply chain requirements and objectives into user stories, ensuring clear communication and alignment with Agile development processes.
- Education: Bachelor or Master degree
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a Supply Chain function
- Skills: Strong communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Language: English and preferably 2nd language
