Job Overview
Rituals is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations specialist to lead the management and optimization of our benefits programs, including mobility solutions. This role requires expertise in implementing global projects on a local scale and a strong understanding of HR operations workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize benefits programs, including mobility solutions, to ensure seamless employee experiences.
- Act as a representative on global projects involving HR systems, with a focus on employee benefits.
- Support the HR Business Support team in optimizing processes and workflows, providing expertise in benefits and mobility management.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of new and improved processes.
- Continuously seek opportunities to optimize HR operations workflows, contributing to a unified and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English languages.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with 3-5 years of HR Operations experience.
- Proven project management skills, ideally within HR, with experience in benefits and mobility management.
- Strong communication skills and a hands-on, proactive approach.
- Prior knowledge of the Belgium market and experience with lease car management are preferred.
