We're seeking a talented Digital Senior Product Designer to join our team at Decathlon Digital. As a key member of our design team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of sports experiences through innovative design solutions.
About the Role
As a Digital Senior Product Designer, you'll be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing design strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality products and experiences
- Conducting user research and analysis to inform design decisions
- Creating and maintaining design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design approaches
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and expertise
- Experience working in a digital or e-commerce environment, with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with design systems and guidelines, with a strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design
