Senior Visual Designer

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Designer to join our Creative Studio in Amsterdam, London, or Wrocław. As a key member of our design team, you'll play a vital role in shaping our brand identity and developing innovative designs that resonate with our customers and partners.
As a Senior Visual Designer, you'll collaborate closely with designers, brand experts, and other stakeholders to concept and execute digital designs that meet our business goals. Your expertise in design will help us create engaging experiences that drive results.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute design concepts for global and local campaigns
- Lead and mentor junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills
- Pitch and develop ideas for advertising and promotional campaigns
- Maintain our visual identity across all marketing materials
- Collaborate with the Brand team to build concepts and ensure a digital-first approach
What we're looking for:
- Experience in design roles, with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of After Effects and Figma
- An eye for detail and a passion for typography and layouts
- UI and UX skills, with experience in landing pages and app design
- Strong communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to collaboration
