Senior Visual Designer

Collaboration is vital in this position. You\u2019ll work with fellow creatives and brand experts to concept and execute digital designs, offering insights and enthusiasm.
Key ingredients to the role include:
- Confidently handling each part of the design process
- Participating in or leading global and local campaigns from concept to final delivery of assets
- Showing leadership skills to mentor and develop junior designers
- Pitching concepts and developing ideas for advertising and promotional campaigns
- Maintaining our visual identity across all internal & external marketing materials
- Collaborating with the Brand team to build concepts and ensure a digital-first approach for campaigns
What will you bring to the table?
- Experience in Design roles (e.g. Motion design, Graphic design, Web design)
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, some After Effects knowledge and Figma
- An incredible eye for detail
- UI and UX skills with landing pages and app design (nice to have)
- A well-organised and strategic approach to your job
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Good communication skills and an enthusiastic approach to collaborating with different teams
- A passion for typography and layouts
