We are currently seeking a highly skilled Global HR Operations and Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality HR services to our clients.
About the RoleThe Global HR Operations and Payroll Specialist will be responsible for administering and managing payroll processes across 10 countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. You will also oversee the processing and verification of essential HR documentation, including employment contracts, terminations, transfers, salary adjustments, onboarding, and offboarding.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will provide guidance and training to team members on HR systems, processes, workflows, and best practices. Your ability to communicate effectively across different levels and cultural backgrounds will be essential in this role.
You will work closely with our global teams to develop and maintain a reliable, professional HR administration system that covers insurances, pensions, government benefits, and other employee documentation. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure that all HR processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant.
Requirements- A minimum of 7 years of experience in HR administration, ideally in a multi-country or pan-European environment
- Knowledge of international HR practices, particularly with payroll and insurances
- Workday experience is a strong advantage
- Fluency in English; speaking Dutch is seen as a significant advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively across different levels and cultural backgrounds
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a sense of humor and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with a meticulous approach to processes and documentation
- Proactive, solution-focused attitude with the ability to demonstrate influence and foster continuous improvement within HR operations
