Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Specialist to join our team at Bechtle. As a key member of our operational sales process, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist account managers in the operational sales process, providing support and guidance to ensure seamless execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
  • Proactively monitor and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
