Job Description
As an Economic Insights Specialist in our Market Insights team, you'll play a key role in shaping Vattenfall's long-term market outlook. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop a deep understanding of the European power market drivers, including renewables, flexibility, market design, and capacity build-out.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in the energy sector, financial institutions, or knowledge-focused firms
- Economic background with expertise in scenario modeling, data analysis, and fundamental economic analysis
- Proven ability to interpret complex quantitative data and drive insights in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with a strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
- Advanced proficiency in English, both verbally and written
Benefits
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- An annual salary between €55,000 and €70,000, based on education and relevant work experience
- End-of-year bonus of 4.5% of your annual salary and profit-sharing up to 3.5% of your annual salary
- NS Business card for commuting or a travel allowance of €0.23 per km
- 25 vacation days, 2.5 vitality days, and 13 ADV (reduction of working hours) days
