We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of video, digital, and print advertising assets for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Manage fast-paced digital and print projects on an international scale, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality content at scale.
- Liaise with client leads and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, meeting deadlines, and exceeding client expectations.
- Balance resources and workload, planning and coordinating project timelines, and allocating tasks to team members.
- Oversee the production of film, image, and animation assets for social media, ensuring they meet brand standards and client requirements.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including scope statements, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Collaborate with junior team members, providing guidance, and constructive feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to inform project management strategies and improve processes.
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with:
Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).5+ years of experience in digital advertising or production, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.Strong knowledge of video, digital, and print asset management, including OLVs, TVCs, social statics & videos, rich media, programmatic campaigns, POS assets, and dynamic ad creatives.Ability to work with media plans, manage campaign launches, and provide clear updates on project progress.Proficient communication skills, with the ability to describe issues and required actions to team members and stakeholders.Solid scoping skills, with the ability to create realistic project timelines and resource estimates.We celebrate diversity and are committed to building a team that reflects the communities we serve.
