We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of video, digital, and print advertising assets for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Manage fast-paced digital and print projects on an international scale, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.
- Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop innovative solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in digital advertising, video production, and print media. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key qualifications include:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital advertising or video production.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and open communication.
