Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Breman Brasserie. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, maintaining high standards, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high standards of service.
- Develop and implement revenue-generating initiatives and incentives to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with the Director of F&B and Head Chef to ensure seamless operations and high-quality food presentation.
- Manage inventory, costs, and payroll to maintain profitability and efficiency.
- Organize onboarding and continuous development opportunities for new team members.
- Ensure proper food presentation and handling procedures are maintained.
- Perform regular inspections of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar Restaurant Manager role in a busy, bustling environment.
- Proven track record of managing a large FOH team.
- Passion for service and maintaining brand standards.
- Managerial skills to achieve budgeted KPIs in labor, COS%, and OPEX.
