Job Summary:
Ferilli's Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our teams and uphold the exceptional standards of our hospitality group. The Restaurant Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, aiming for the highest service level and ensuring the highest quality of food and drinks preparation and presentation while maintaining efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and Lead Team: Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, ensuring that all team members are motivated and inspired to deliver exceptional service.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure that staff have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Ensure Efficient Restaurant Operations: Oversee inventory management, food costing, and maintaining par levels of supplies to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager of a high-end or fine dining Italian restaurant group.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-demanding environment, multitasking and meeting expectations without compromising quality.
