Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Breakfast Manager to join our team at Anantara. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our breakfast team to deliver exceptional service and seamless operations in our Winter Garden restaurant.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train your team to maintain high service standards and uphold our brand image, ensuring consistency in LQA Standards at all times.
  • Resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring positive resolutions and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to optimize profitability and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement creative solutions to areas of improvement, driving innovation and excellence in our breakfast operations.
  • Build strong relationships with regular guests, ensuring their loyalty and satisfaction with our services.
  • Uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with regulations and company policies, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and team members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a high-volume breakfast restaurant and luxury segment.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor your team to deliver outstanding service and achieve business objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with guests, colleagues, and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in the English language, with Dutch being a plus.
