Salary

The compensation package includes a monthly stipend of €550 on a full-time basis, as well as a commuting allowance if applicable. This attractive offer also comes with a mentoring program, specific training offerings, and a team-oriented environment where you'll have the opportunity to take on responsibilities and test your talents.

Job Description

This role offers the chance to engage employees through digital platforms and build communities within a multinational environment. As part of the Internal Communications department, you will focus on employee engagement and use new digital tools to enhance communications. Your tasks will include maintaining a site and global community, coming up with ideas to bring people together, and communicating internal projects and events.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • You are currently following a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication Science, Economics, Media and Culture, Marketing, Psychology, Corporate Communication, Social Media, or any related studies in a Dutch university.
  • You possess good knowledge in online tooling and editing programs, and previous experience in Marketing Communications or Internal Communications is a plus.
  • You are hands-on, enthusiastic, and eager to learn about enhancing internal communication through digital means.
  • You are proactive, resourceful, and creative, able to work in a dynamic team and different departments (HR, Marketing Communications...).
  • You possess good communication skills, are not afraid to build a network, and can speak up when dealing with different stakeholders.
  • You are a real team player who brings humor and enthusiasm to work.
