Job Description

Job Title: Technical Service Manager - Inventory & Storage Specialist

Job Summary:

ASML is seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Manager - Inventory & Storage Specialist to join our Corporate Real Estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing materials inventory and storage for CRE, ensuring business continuity, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage materials inventory and storage for CRE, including spare parts, furniture, consumables, tooling, and equipment.
  • Work with the space planning team to define and validate storage space demand and utilization.
  • Develop and implement strategies for inventory and storage management, including decisions on services to be insourced and/or outsourced.
  • Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure availability of materials and equipment.
  • Manage operational work processes related to receiving and shipping of inventory and equipment.
  • Translate service demand into annual plans, including activities forecasts, KPIs, changes, and improvements.
  • Monitor compliance of operations with agreed work processes and supplier contracts.
  • Contract and supplier evaluation regarding inventory and storage management.

Requirements:

  • Completed bachelor or master degree in logistics, engineering, asset management, or a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar complex industrial environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, dealing with mid-level management, peers, teams, service providers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Dutch.
