About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team at Philips. As a key member of our Enabling Functions business partnering team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Real Estate and People LT with strategic direction setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Planning: Pro-actively drive the planning and forecasting processes for the Real Estate Function, including alignment of domains and markets regarding functional targets.
  • Financial Management: Provide an integral view on Real Estate Function spend globally and manage it in line with Annual Operating Plan, ensuring accountability for budgets and related performance.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of Real Estate Controllers and work together with FP&A to build standardized reporting and simplify processes.
  • Process Improvement: Optimize visibility and reporting of output of main Real Estate Function initiatives and processes through Lean methodology.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor and control functional processes and their execution for ICS/SOX compliance.
  • Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships across the organization to understand the business and the needs of partners and internal customers.
  • Benchmarking and Analysis: Benchmark financial & cost performance with historical data/competitors.
