Description

In the role of Data Insight Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our KYC teams, business stakeholders, and management to create insights and solve problems. Your quantitative skills will be instrumental in preparing senior management and stakeholder reporting, performing deep dives, and data-driven analysis.

Responsibilities

  • You will oversee all KYC topics within KYC Services, ensuring flawless processes from data to senior management information.
  • You will contribute to the collection and challenging of data and storylines, aligning them with stakeholders.
  • You will ensure timely delivery of new information requests from senior management, accompanied by accurate explanations and comments.
  • You will proactively detect potential risks to KYC Risk Appetite and other key indicators, bringing substantiated data analysis to the attention of the Tribe management.
  • You will work on various projects within the team, tribe, or global KYC, aligning with local and global stakeholders to resolve issues and manage dependencies.
  • You will foster collaboration and global interaction between people, squads, and areas, promoting the 'ING way of working' and the Orange Behaviour.

Requirements

  • You hold an Analytics or Business Economics degree (Bachelor or Master) and have 2-5 years of banking experience.
  • You have strong quantitative and analytical skills, business acumen, and expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic SQL knowledge.
  • You are knowledgeable in KYC and can switch between high-level overviews and detailed insights on processes and data.
  • You are an enthusiastic and autonomous team player, willing to help others succeed and think one step ahead.
  • You are analytical, decisive, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
