About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Data & Analytics team as a Learning & Engagement Intern. This is a 6-month opportunity to play a crucial role in launching and managing learning programs aimed at enhancing data literacy and maturity across Just Eat Takeaway.

Key Responsibilities

Program Support: Assist in the development, implementation, and management of learning programs related to data literacy, including coordinating logistics, scheduling sessions, and tracking participant progress.

Engagement and Communication: Support engagement efforts by coordinating and promoting learning initiatives, communicating program updates, and generating interest among employees.

Learning Operations: Help streamline learning operations by organizing and maintaining training materials, documentation, and resources for easy access and reference.

Learning Event Management: Orchestrate and organize learning events to increase awareness and knowledge on Data Literacy.

Evaluation and Feedback: Assist in collecting and analyzing feedback from participants, tracking program effectiveness, and making recommendations for program improvements.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects.
  • An interest in learning and development, data literacy, and digital transformation is a plus.
