Data Literacy and Engagement Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Data & Analytics team at Just Eat Takeaway for a 6-month period. As a Data & Analytics Academy Intern, you will play a pivotal role in launching and managing learning programs aimed at enhancing data literacy and maturity across the organization. You will work closely with the team members to ensure seamless operations, facilitate engagement, and support the overall success of our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Program Support
Assist in the development, implementation, and management of learning programs related to data literacy, including coordinating logistics, scheduling sessions, and tracking participant progress.
Engagement and Communication
Support engagement efforts by coordinating and promoting learning initiatives, communicating program updates, and generating interest among employees.
Learning Operations
Help streamline learning operations by organizing and maintaining training materials, documentation, and resources for easy access and reference.
Learning Event Management
Orchestrate and organize learning events to increase awareness and knowledge on Data Literacy.
Evaluation and Feedback
Assist in collecting and analyzing feedback from participants, tracking program effectiveness, and making recommendations for program improvements.
Collaboration
Collaborate with fun and ambitious team members to contribute to the development of learning strategies, content creation, and other related initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects.
- An interest in learning and development, data literacy, and digital transformation is a plus.
