About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead to join our Consumer Domain team at Picnic. As a Tech Lead, you'll be responsible for leading a team of software engineers in the development of mission-critical products and services. You'll work closely with stakeholders from tech and business to translate requirements into scalable and resilient solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of software engineers in the development of back-end solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements.
  • Design and estimate technical solutions for complex challenges.
  • Develop and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Manage the delivery of projects and ensure they meet business goals.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in back-end development, including Java and Spring Boot.
  • 2+ years of experience in leading projects and/or teams.
  • Profound understanding of software engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
