Key Responsibilities- Lead a development team and empower them to deliver complex projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Design and estimate technical solutions for presented challenges
- Develop and mentor team members through regular development conversations and coaching
- Manage a sustainable support model for your product
- 7+ years of experience in back-end development, including Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL
- 2+ years of experience in leading projects and/or teams
- Profound understanding of complex challenges and solid problem-solving skills
- Excellent English skills and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
