Job Description
As a Compliance and Quality Coordinator at J-Club International B.V., you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective compliance and quality management programs within our dynamic organization. You will work closely with the Chief Procurement Officer and various departments to ensure our business activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, while maintaining high-quality standards in all processes and products.

Your key responsibilities and accountabilities include:
1. Developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations;
2. Monitoring changes in laws and regulations and advising management and employees on compliance matters;
3. Conducting risk assessments and developing strategies for effective risk management;
4. Developing and maintaining quality standards and processes within the organization;
5. Preparing reports on compliance with laws and regulations and quality performance;
6. Maintaining detailed documentation related to compliance and quality procedures;
7. Supporting the implementation of compliance and quality guidelines at all levels within the organization.

Requirements
You will need:
1. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, law, quality management, or a comparable discipline;
2. Proven experience in compliance management, quality management, or a related field;
3. In-depth knowledge of laws and regulations;
4. Strong analytical and communication skills;
5. Good organizational and planning skills;
6. Problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities.
