Job Description

Are you looking for a challenging role where you can utilize your Salesforce skills to drive business growth and innovation? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Functional Engineer to join our team at NIBC.

About the Role

As a Salesforce Functional Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet the business needs of our retail bank. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, design and develop Salesforce applications, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze functional requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
  • Design and develop Salesforce applications using low-code tools
  • Take full responsibility for analyzing, building, deploying, and running Salesforce
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to set up functional requirements
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce configurations, workflows, and reports
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with the Salesforce platform
  • Experience with Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
  • Basic understanding of Apex and willingness to improve coding skills
  • Fluent language skills in English and preferably Dutch
  • Team player attitude with great communication skills and sense of accountability
