Job Title: Site Maintenance Technician

Boskalis is seeking an experienced Site Maintenance Technician to join its team in Capelle aan den IJssel. As a key member of the Technical Department, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing Boskalis' machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair rolling stock, including trucks, cranes, pumps, generator sets, compressors, hydraulic sets, and grabs.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to solve acute technical problems.
  • Contribute to the optimal deployment of equipment.
  • Perform repairs at various locations within the Netherlands as needed.

Requirements:

  • MBO level of education and thinking, preferably in mechanical engineering or automotive technology, or comparable knowledge gained through work experience.
  • Basic knowledge of diesel engines and vehicle technology.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of applicable labor and safety regulations.
  • Eager to learn, enthusiastic, and willing to take courses if necessary.
