Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. As a Recruitment Business Partner, you'll support the global hiring of our Staff and Operations teams, working closely with hiring teams to understand their needs and proactively guide them throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing: You'll make an impact sourcing the best candidates on the market and working on talent acquisition strategies together with Employer Branding.
- Candidate Experience: You'll be responsible for the candidates' experience from their first contact with Adyen to the offer management.
- Business Partnering: You'll work closely with the hiring teams to understand their needs and proactively guide them throughout the entire Recruitment process, being the Recruiting expert. Collaborate with HRBP's to align on people strategy and coach hiring teams in decision making.
- Data: Proactively share data insights on market, talent pool, and process to ensure data-informed decisions and setting expectations.
- Global Collaboration: You'll be part of a global recruitment team and support with hiring in different regions depending on the needs.
Requirements
- You have 5+ years of experience in Recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and Talent Acquisition strategies.
- You worked closely with other HR teams (e.g. HR Business Partners, Rewards & HR Operations) and business leaders.
- You have a proven track record in building solid and long-lasting relationships with stakeholders.
- You have a wealth of experience in collecting Recruiting data and leading data-informed conversations to support and influence hiring decisions.
- You have experience in an international and cross-cultural environment.
- Experience in hiring for Operations and/or Staff teams would be a plus.
