Recruitment Business Partner

Adyen is a leading financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products to customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. We're looking for an experienced and well-rounded Recruiter to support the global hiring of our Staff and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent from the market, working closely with Employer Branding to develop talent acquisition strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to offer management.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with hiring teams to understand their needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Data: Share data insights on market, talent pool, and process to inform data-driven decisions.
- Global Collaboration: Work with a global recruitment team to support hiring in different regions.
- 5+ years of experience in Recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and talent acquisition strategies.
- Proven track record of building relationships with stakeholders and collecting recruiting data.
- Experience in an international and cross-cultural environment.
- Experience in hiring for Operations and/or Staff teams is a plus.
