As a Senior Legal Officer, you will be responsible for assisting clients in implementing, incorporating, and optimizing holding, financing, and real estate companies. You will also be responsible for evaluating, reviewing, and preparing all relevant legal documents and regulations in relation to the client.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients in implementing, incorporating, and optimizing holding, financing, and real estate companies
* Evaluate, review, and prepare all relevant legal documents and regulations in relation to the client
* Keep the client company in legal good standing
* Participate in developing restructuring plans or other transactions in compliance with recommendations of the local regulatory body
* Assist and attend board meetings and shareholders meetings
* Actively participate in our growth ambitions by marketing our service offering
* Coach and train junior team members
Requirements:
* Descent level of Dutch
* Masters degree in Dutch (corporate) law
* At least 3 years of experience and affinity with corporate management services
* Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
* Team spirit, capacity to build strong client relationships, and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate
