About the Role:

The Mobeco Group B.V. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the installation, verification, and acceptance of electrical and automation systems for large complex vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the system package to achieve targeted results within established constraints.
  • Coordinate project activities, including reviews, milestones, tests, and trials, while monitoring progress with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Review colleagues' qualifications and oversee purchase orders and payments.
  • Identify and address concessions, variations to contract requests, and changes to subcontracts.
  • Provide leadership and motivation to all employees, contractors, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical (Power) Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management with similar projects.
  • Experience working in an international organization.
  • Experience in overseeing and handling aspects and issues, regardless of nature.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Flexibility in regards to dividing work time between different (office) locations.
