Job Title: Facilities Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities Assistant at the Centre for Sports and Exercise (CSE) at HKU.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing logistical support for daily events, general repair and maintenance work, and other duties as assigned. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and to contribute to the smooth operation of our sports centres.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of sports facilities and equipment
  • Provide logistical support for events and activities
  • Perform general repair and maintenance work as required
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals
Requirements:
  • Completed Form 3 with relevant working experience, or completed Form 5
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese or English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation
  • Possession of a valid first-aid certificate and qualification in using automated external defibrillator (AED) an advantage
